I'm a former executive recruiter, search for an owner,

director of talent acquisition, and today, the founder of candidate club interview prep and your

hosts of the job interview experience. Andres Lairce is the managing partner at Shapiro Negotiations

Institute and co-author of Persuade, or a four-step process to influence people and decisions.

Andres has led the development of SNI's award-winning interactive negotiation training,

mobile applications, and virtual reality-based applications, and in doing so, has multiple

patents pending.

Andres also lectures at John Hopkins University on sports negotiations, and he has been featured on Fox Business, MarketWatch,
