Mental health is widely discussed these days and one thing I've noticed

with my children is they all require different things to talk. One will share

quite freely when prompted, another will clam up as I've insulted him by just asking how he is. The other just tells me everything is good. It's good. Good. They are all very different but talking about mental health opening up and taking care of ourselves is definitely something I hold as highly important.
