And now here's Armstrong and Get. Ten weeks into this war, Iran says it's considering a new proposal from the Trump administration to bring it to an end.

They want to make a deal. We've had very good talks over the last 24 hours,

and it's very possible that we'll make a deal.

Sources tell ABC News, the administration has sent Iran a one-page memorandum of understanding,

laying the groundwork for 30 days of negotiations on major issues,

including the future of Iran's nuclear program.

That's interesting.

What's your gut reaction to that?

Well, I'm trying not to be led by various pundits.

I heard some pundits that I like saying, telling Iran they got 30 days, you know,

to basically think about this

or to take a break from being pounded or whatever

is nothing but a gift to Iran

when you've got them on the ropes.

So I don't know.
