Welcome back. It has been over six months. And even taking out my podcast recording equipment, it almost felt like, yeah, I was like, oh my God, it was like I was uncovering something ancient because it's been so long.

And I was actually like kind of excited and giddy about it.

I'm like, oh my God, I kind of miss recording.

It's been so, so long.

And we miss you all.

And we've been doing so, so much behind the scenes, which we're going to update you on today.

But yeah, I'm sure you're wondering where we've been, what we've been up to, Jess.

How has life been lifing for you?

Okay, a couple things before that.

So one, same thing with my podcast equipment.

It was in the garage.

So I'm like trying to dust it off, figure out where it is.

Also, for those who are just tuning in for the first time, we have to tell them what's going on.

So we are registered dietitians, and this is our podcast about nutrition and wellness, and we've taken a break for the last six months just to gather ourselves and

we have been going through a business and strategy pivot. So if you're listening for the first time,

definitely listen to this episode and then go back to the last like what six episodes and hear

our story about how we've decided that we want to have a pivot

in business. So that's kind of a little backstory. Now, the other funny thing is when it

comes to podcasts, when we took a break from our podcast, I was over podcast completely.
