Marginal legal advice, where I tell you, you have absolutely no case.

Now, this one involves seizures legal.

This one involves a seizure of property and money resulting in an arrest of drug charges and convictions, actually, in one case.

It's in Delaware, Dover, Delaware, and a Dover man who was acquitted of drug charges, convicted on weapons offenses, was denied in his attempt to regain $13,500, seized during a search warrant at his home. And Jeffrey Crippen, according to the court, was not entitled to three

bundles of cash that the Dover police picked up due to lack of documentation and proof the money was legitimately earned.

Now, that's an interesting case because that's his money.

And they're saying that those monies may have been illegally gotten,

but he has to prove that it was legitimate.

So the presumption goes to him. Now, he testified that the money received years earlier through work and personal loans,

but he couldn't document a supposed $5,000 personal loan that he received, nor a business that it was intended for,

and there was no evidence to support an alleged second $5,000 personal loan.

So the bottom line is that the court said he has to prove it.
