Well I do think there's going to be changes I don't think there's any doubt about that I think the biggest question is how deep do they go and what is the

we're thinking, okay, the team that loses here,

how many people are getting fired,

and what changes are coming.

But sometimes I think this is a crazy way to run organizations.
