Welcome back to the Minicime Show featuring Lenny, the only NFL podcast where one of the hosts thinks the no tag clause means he doesn't have to wear a collar. That's Lenny, I mean, it comes and I am joined by I think the perfect guess for maybe the most chaotic moment.

It's not the most chaotic moment in the NFL. That's going to be next week, but it's been pretty chaotic today field gates.

It has been it feels weird and I've had a lot of conversations over the past couple of weeks with people, people that cover the NFL, people that work inside the NFL production staffers at ESPN basically saying, hey, like we need some news right now because we can no longer cut up the Dak Prescott contract analysis.

Like any other way and then today it was like we within the course of 24 hours not only does that get a long term deal, but we have 10 players, including that get a franchise tag notable cuts, restructures, extension, you name it, it all came in one day, which is good for our business and it gives us a bit of talk about.

But it's been sort of it's been a test of our readiness right because for a while we can kind of just operate in cruise control.

I was definitely in cruise control of the Dak set up. I was like, which of my Dak arguments do you want today? Do you want to do?

You are, but last but not least, I was speaking of news, by the way, you guys know field is one of the co hosts of the fantasy focus football podcast, but he is also now one of the co hosts of first draft, which I am listening to regularly as I prepare for the draft.

We're going to do plenty of draft coverage as well, but first draft, which he does with Todd Mel, of course, must listen right now.

It means you're extremely plugged into prospect. So I'm asking you're going to be watching Trail Lans this Crow Day on Friday.

Oh, I can't wait and trade it. You and I have discussed this on tech, but we both are enamored by Trail Lans for a lot of the obvious reasons, Mina.

But we also have spent too much time on Saturdays and Sundays of all time, like exchanging like which plays against Butler or South Dakota State.

So the first draft podcast is so fun because Mel and Todd in an industry where there are so many people covering the draft,

their passion is simply unmatched. I always love talking to them because you can just feel it through our conversations.

You just a couple of really cool human beings cutting it up on Saturdays and Sundays texting each other about Trail Lans, you and I.

We're going to talk about that. We're not today, but we have plenty of time to talk about that. I actually really excited for the Friday.
