The Greeks believed each of us comes into this life with like a guardian spirit that knows what we're meant to become.

Depending on your disposition, you know, it's trying to haunt you into becoming who the fuck you could be.

We each have a call.

This is what I believe at least.

Each of us have a call to basically become like a prophetic oracle

when it comes to what fragment the future mosaic is inside of us and

that to try to make contact with that and to try to bring that forth will be the hardest

thing that you've ever done and for better or for worse the existential pressures of

our time are sufficient where there's going to have to be a whole generation of heroic inner explorers.

There's always this like, how do I zoom it out into a way to start the conversation?

But one of the things that obviously just runs through all of these conversations is Jung's archetype of individuation.

Like what it means for a person to mature, not just psychologically, but psycho-spiritually.

And that gets into so many other things, obviously.

But I had mentioned that there is this quote by Mary Louise von Frans who you know she's seen to be his probably closest

Confident and

Co-worker eventually she helps him translate a bunch of stuff but there's this quote she has

about what Jung was really trying to communicate with his method and with individuation.

And I thought I had ready this quote before,

but maybe I haven't.

And I thought it would be an interesting place to start.
