Hello, I'm Gary Stearman. Welcome to Prophecy Watchers. We have one of our favorite guests today,

and by the way, he's been on many times, and every time he comes on, we've got a lot of mail

from people who didn't know such things existed. His name is Ken Johnson. Ken, welcome back to Prophecy Watchers. Thank you.

And what Ken does, I think, is what no one else has quite figured out how to do. He delves

into rare manuscripts and he finds things there that are really amazing. I'm holding his latest book,

Ancient Prophecies from the Dead Sea Scrolls. You have a legendary basement study that we all talk about. When Ken goes into

his basement study and closes the door, amazing things happen, right? Hopefully. Hopefully.

And this book, ancient prophecies from the Dead Sea Scrolls, nobody else approaches scripture in quite the way that you do.

And you find some really interesting things in this latest book.

In fact, we were talking about this before we came on.

And there are some fascinating things in the Dead Sea Scrolls that sort of validate what the Bible says. And it's interesting

to get the same information from another source. Yeah, there's several prophecies. And if you

believe the New Testament, you know what they mean. But when you look at the Dead Sea Scrolls that are maybe 100 to 200 years before the New Testament believe the New Testament, you know what they mean, but when you look

at the Dead Sea Scrolls that are maybe 100 to 200 years before the New Testament's written,

to see that their theology is the same. They believe these prophecies refer to Messiah in a certain

way. It's really neat to see that.

It really is. In fact, we have an example that we agreed on before we came on today.

And it has to do with the prophet Habakkuk.

And something that these, I guess we could call them commentators or what would you call

the writers of the Dead Sea Scrolls?

Well, they had a lot of commentary on the prophets.

They also wrote their theology and their prophecy.
