The main trait that I'm zeroing in on here is just kind of equanimity.

Never got too high, never got too low, and he did have a North Star that replaced just

profits, profits, profits, stock up, stock up, stock up, which was we are going to provide

the most sustainable benefit to our customers possible.

And if you look, that maps pretty closely with what the company did.
