0:00.0	Hey everyone, I thought I'd record an intro on my phone from here at Lakeside Retreats in
0:05.5	Raleigh, where I'm doing the mind-under-matter campout festival September 9th through the 11th. I
0:12.0	thought I'd come to the area where I'm going to have science talks at. There's kind of these
0:18.4	little peninsulas along the lake, so we're having different things going on. So you see in the
0:25.8	background across the lake, there's the stage and you walk around the stage, pass the wellness
0:30.4	area. Boom, you can hear a science talk. There's going to be bands from two to two all through the
0:36.7	day, but there's about an hour in between each band for set up and take down that we're kind of
0:42.7	keeping to the longer side so we can have a science talk here and then stand up comedy,
0:48.4	a start and a scientist will be able to give a decent sized talk before the next band starts,
0:58.7	but also the music isn't terribly intrusive or anything either, so that'll be nice during the
1:04.4	Q&A. There'll be some nice ambient music happening while you're chatting with someone like my guest
1:11.3	today who's going to be here. And oh, by the way, pro tip, there's no one here right now if you're
1:19.5	like, I want to rent a year to lakeside retreats sometime when I'm in Raleigh, even when I'm not at
1:29.8	the campout festival. Get it during the weekends, they're all going to be full, not that it's not
1:38.3	pleasant and private, but you got the whole place to yourself. Oh, man, I stayed here for
1:45.0	several nights by myself. It was awesome, but needed to make this intro because a
1:52.0	hopper quick thing, it's not a big deal at all, but this was my very first in person.
1:59.6	Here we are since COVID. I added video since COVID and I
2:07.9	was, my mind was so occupied with all the video stuff that I forgot to check some of my boxes on
2:14.0	the audio department. So first thing is, is that there's going to be some edits in here and there
2:23.5	where we had to stop because there was an air compressor, no big deal, you might not even notice.
