Thank you so much for having me. My pleasure. It's always a pleasure to have you on because you help me make sense of a league that I find somewhat difficult to cover at times. So I do want to talk Champions League. I want to talk title race. I want to talk to Battle for Fourth in Saria. Manager is getting sacked. The January window. But I want to start with a somewhat ever-present topic this season. We're going to talk racism in Syria again. We've talked about it previously. You provided a lot of insight as to why it's such a problem and maybe some of the clubs that are working

to deal with it, but it obviously remains an issue. This time it pertains to the league itself

and someone's artistic tastes is how I'm going to frame that. Can you explain the situation

a bit to the best of your ability and your thoughts on sort of what's happened? Sure. And again,

you know, it's a shame because, you know, it's been a great

stretch for Italian football. Three teams going the next round in the Champions League could have

easily been four, but, you know, as usual, unfortunately, the league can help itself and has to

get in the way. So very briefly, as everyone knows, there's been a lot of, you know, attention on the

racism problem in Italy and specifically on African American players, black players,

getting monkey chance at them during games. So the league thought that it would be a good response

to this to commission a painter who is known for depicting monkeys.

This is pretty much the only thing he does to come up with a painting to help combat racism in Italian stadiums.
