Hi, hello, hello, hello, welcome to the show. A bit of an all-conventional one this today,

because actually we're going to have a chat about, I think, an issue which is pretty

indicative of lots of problems in British society from honest with you. I don't think it's

controversial to say that the British media is a massive burning skip. It's just an open

sewer and the stench can often be pretty overpowering. On a daily basis, newspapers in this country

whip up hatred and bigotry against minorities. Historically, gay people, what a favour to target

in the 1980s and 1990s, back in the past it was Jewish immigrants from Eastern Europe. It was

those who came over the Windrush generation from the 1940s onwards. It was British Asians,

Muslims, refugees, of course, traditionally of all creeds, migrants, benefit claimants. We could

go on. People whose lives are often very, very hard, who are told to turn their bigotry

or their anger, sorry, on all the wrong targets, rather than holding the powerful to account for

the problems in British society to blame people whose lives are even more difficult than their own.

Now, in this country we've had for the last few years what can only be described as an ever-escalating

sinister and gruesome anti-transmoral panic, replicating in so many gruesome ways the anti-game

moral panic of the 1980s and 1990s when gay people were almost on a daily basis monster by the British

media as sexual predators, as those who were seeking to recruit and brainwash children,

as defiers of the laws of biology, as being defined by a being a fetish or being a mental illness,

for seeking to impose their so-called lifestyle on the rest of society and force a majority,

a normal majority, to conform to the whims of a decadent morally depraved minority.

Now, of course these tunes are all being played once again, but this time the focus is on trans people.

Now, we live in a society which is defined by male violence against girls and women,

1.4 million women face domestic violence every year, 400,000 women are sexually assaulted,
