I hope you're starting the new year with hope in your heart.

I know a lot of people struggle at the start of the year. I mean, it is a terrible time of year to assess your situation and your future. The coldest, darkest, skin-stice month of the year. You've put on weight, you've got no money left. It's terrible. It's very hard to feel good about your life at this time of year but hopefully this podcast will

help because it's full of laughs with anas sirew it's a replay episode from 2001 and i chose this

one because in a few months time annas is going to try and become first minister the smp

have run scotland now for nearly 19 years first winning in 2007 and later this year annas will

lead scottish Labour into that election,

hoping to win,

and give Scotland a Labour government in Hollywood for the first time in almost two decades.

It sounds incredible.

When certainly when I was growing up,

Labor just always won in Scotland.

They always won in Wales as well.

Let's see what happens there.

So this is a replay episode.

I'll be back next week with a fresh episode.

But this felt like an appropriate time to replay this one because it's very funny.

And also, I think it may contain answers as to whether and how Labor win in May later this year.
