1:01.8	So today we're going to be talking about anaphylaxis, aren't we, Maddie?

1:11.2	So I'm going to read this and my computer screen some distance away, so bear with me.
1:16.2	All right, so Donesh, a 14-year-old girl presents with severe respiratory distress to ED where you are working.
1:24.1	Her past medical history includes asthma and a peanut allergy now today shortly after she ingested
1:30.2	a biscuit at school she began complaining about flushing paritis and dipheresis followed by
1:37.8	tightness in her throat there was a bit of wheezing and also difficulty breathing. The school nurse called the ambulance.
1:46.1	No medication was administered.
1:48.2	Okay, so there was no EpiPen or anything.
1:51.8	When she presents to you in ED, her physical examination reveals an audible wheeze.
1:58.5	There is some laryngeal edema and her oxygen saturation is about 90%.
