0:00.0	Chipping the way that Tony teaches basically takes a lot of guest work.
0:07.0	So you talked about different carry in roll proportions.
0:10.0	Generally I like to teach the pitching with 8 iron, 6 irons, depending on the cost conditions,
0:17.0	we start getting about 50% carry in row, 1 3rd and then 1 quarter. So for example, if I'm faced with a downhill chip that normally requires my eight iron,
0:26.6	take out the etching wedge.
0:27.6	The key thing is I grip all of them around the same pipe.
0:31.6	Rule of thumb is this.
0:32.6	The seven iron is where you grip right to the end of the shelf.
0:36.6	That approximates the putter height. It gives you more or less the end of the shaft. That approximates the butter height.
0:39.3	It gives you more or less the same feel as your butter.
0:42.3	You want things to stay more or less consistent.
0:45.3	And because you're using a chip and run, the stroke is very, very small.
0:49.3	The smaller the stroke, then less can go on.
