I've been alright.

It's been a while since we lasted one of these and yeah quite a bit has happened both on and off the pitch but I mean

Obviously getting ready for Christmas getting ready for a very large game at the weekend, but in a very chipper mood I would say in general.

Yeah well this is a big episode and it's a big episode for several reasons and we've got

big games to review obviously we're into a semi-final. We've just played manion aces,

doesn't get much bigger than that and then this weekend we've got

What feels like a cycle decided to be honest we've got arsenal at home

and I think it's first face is second and as vast and village disrupted that a little bit

and on top of that we have big news

to announce but the big news is coming at the end of the show so I'm

gonna make you all stick around until the very end to hear that to hear that one but

it'll be worthy so yeah bear with us on that but I think first we'll

touch on I suppose the past couple of days have been insisting on the moment and

this is one of the perks of recording on a Thursday because if we'd have recorded on Tuesday

this would have been a very different podcast. But I think you know what I think above all

else what this offers an insight into is just how much finishing designed narratives.
