I've got to say, the return of European football

always puts me in a good mood.

Even though obviously it feels slightly different this year with us having not played in the

Champions League but I am still in a good mood I think we've still got a good team and

reasons to be positive well that feels relevant to be fair because we have a court today on a Wednesday and I assume this will be the case moving forward really considering.

They have a pooling out playing on Thursday night.

It doesn't make much sense to record on the day of a game

and then it might potentially be outdated by the time the game is played.

So, yeah, we're recording on a Wednesday this week probably going to continue that way.

And we will touch on the Europa League, I think, a little bit at some point in the pod today.

But first off, Liverpool won another game.

I think we're on 13 points at the minute,

two behind city at the top.

Well, when we, when the fire whistle blew, we were top of the league for the first time in 16 months, which I know means absolutely nothing after five games, but it does actually I think mean a little bit of something is kind of like a little bit of a mark to say okay

We look like we're on the right track. I mean we're not kind of making any conclusions yet, but it looks like we're on the right track. And obviously the way this game went, if you look at past last season, it would have gone a very different way.
