Hi folks and welcome to the Mini4Money Podcast. This is session number 463 but it's not really a proper session

I don't know really if I should give it a number or not but I'm gonna just dispense with the music

get straight into it because I wanted to just give you an update on what's going on

bit of an explanation about why season 23 is taking a while longer than I'd hoped

so I'm not gonna keep you along it will probably be five, six minutes something like that

but just as context I'm sure many of you know that Mini4Money is not my full-time job by any stretch

I essentially do what I do on this podcast on the YouTube channel and everything in a day or

week plus a couple of evenings my main full-time job is Jackson's wealth manager and I'm CEO of

financial planning practice down in Pensancing Cornwall and I have seven advisors including me

I'm still looking after 300 plus client families personally I have 12 support staff to support me

and the other advisors in that and Jackson's has definitely reached a kind of a tipping point

right we either stay where we are and stagnate a little bit potentially and that would be okay

that's you know perfectly reasonable option to sort of stay where we are for now but the other

option of course is to keep growing and that's where I think you know we want to be that's

what we want to put our energies into to that end last year I took on practice manager Lady

Cosharan who's just transformed the place and has made me excited about Jackson's again and what

we could be financial advice financial planning generally doesn't have a great reputation not without

good reason and we basically want to build the best financial planning business we can

the best financial planning business in the country where people are following themselves

falling over themselves to work with us to have us as their advisors but also falling over

themselves to come and work for us so we're you know looking to make it an amazing place to work and

to be in all kinds of ways pursuing be corpse status want to be carbon neutral all that sort of
