Well, we are in our third week on the same passage, Ephesians 4, 1 through 16.

There's just so much to it, and I think this will be the last week of these verses

But we need to get it. It's huge because there's no point in gathering together or having services if we're not

actually becoming the church that God's called us to be and that's what

Efusions for is all about and I'm just going to focus on verses 10 through 16 right now but I just

want to remind you again as I read Ephesians 4 10 through 16 these are the words of God.

Picture this as a voice from heaven and how would you listen to that?

He who descended is the one who also ascended

far above all the heavens that he might fill all things.

And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds, and teachers to equip the saints for the work of ministry for the work of ministry for building up the body of Christ

until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the son of God to mature manhood,

to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ so that we

may no longer be children toss to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine,

by human cunning, by craftiness in deceitful schemes.
