What do we see in here today?

An uneven offensive performance. A minor tongue lashing

for one receiver. Questions about Stefan Diggs off field Memorial Day weekend activities and more.

Phil, one word for the offense. I didn't know where I was going. It was a really good start and then it petered out.

That was reminiscent of some old school Patriots talk intros from Tommy Karn.

One word to describe the Patriots offense on the practice field here today would be for me uneven and some fine moments second

unit fine moments first unit Drake may and hunter henry looking good at times but also tom just

disjointed some really head scratching incompletions uh the last competitive snap of the day for the first group was a fumbled snap.

So you're kind of ending on a dud.

It's just uneven.

That's sort of the word I'm settling on today.

And I felt sloppy, which somewhat can be related to uneven.

You just saw a lot of throws that again the offensive line cannot

block in a normal manner because it's non-contact or at least non-violent contact. So

you just make initial contact thump and then the guys come and we saw a lot of plays on

which Hunter Henry was found by Drake May. Those were probably the most

significant completions for May,
