| 1:32.0 | The metaphor I sometimes like to use is that, you know, trying to grow without making |
| 1:39.4 | space for and even actively looking at areas of yourself that are kind of like frozen |
| 1:47.4 | in time around a difficult experience such as a trauma, it can be sort of like trying |
| 1:53.4 | to row up a stream without untying yourself from the dock. |
| 1:57.7 | If you really haven't resolved some of those deeper things, there can be this subconscious |
| 2:04.3 | self-sabotage, a fear of moving forward or trying something new because a part of the system |
| 2:11.1 | is still terrified of what will happen when we go into a certain context that we associate |
