Summary

In this podcast, UCSF Professor and researcher Erik Peper explains the profound power of deep breathing and biofeedback, how shallow breathing increases the stress response, and how to improve your gut health through good breathing technique. https://drruscio.com/an-overlooked-cause-of-distention-bloating
