Alright, well in this episode we're going to continue exploring the Gospel according to Matthew.

We're actually bringing to a close in this episode a major section of the Gospel of Matthew.

We've been in a section of stories about Jesus from Matthew chapter 8 through 9.

He's collected nine stories about Jesus together here.

The last one is about Jesus healing the eyes of some blind men,

which leads to a conversation with the people around them about faith or trust.

If there's one religious word that's so overused, it's hard to know what it means anymore.

It's the word faith.

But in the in the Gospels, the word faith and specifically having faith or trust in Jesus

has a really specific meaning and nuance.

And that's what we're going to explore in this story.
