1:47.2	they were trying to get people to come to view it for viewings because they're only like 70%
1:51.6	occupancy. So I looked at the website, and genuinely, there was no way I could afford it,
1:58.8	and they're looking for a year-long leases, which is more than I can commit to anyways, but I
2:01.9	thought, well, I'm going to make an appointment because I want to see what this place looks like inside,
2:04.9	because I too am Mediterranean, specifically Italian, and that makes me nosy. So I want to know
2:10.9	what everyone else is doing. So I went there, and this morning, and I had this this appointment,
2:17.7	and now the building is exquisite. It's a gorgeous building. The amenities look like something from,
2:24.1	I don't know, it's very fancy. There's a full built-in co-working space. There's a gym,
