I've mentioned this before on this podcast, but I spent a lot of my teen years on the basketball court.

I loved the sense of belonging it provided, the motivation, and the focus it gave me, but also just how

fun it was. Sure, not all of it was fun. I didn't like losing, I didn't like difficult practices,

or sitting on the bench at times, but the low times helped me treasure all the highs. And to be
