and motivated to do this yourself today with God and His Word and the sacred scriptures.

Again, Lexi O'Vena has four steps traditionally.

I always add the fifth step, the four steps traditionally are to read the Word of God.

What does it say in and of itself to meditate on it, to focus on what does it say to me,
