Hello and welcome back to Sochiology 101 and happy new year.

I hope that you're all doing well.

I have been sick for the last week or so and just getting over some congestion.

And so if you see me stop and cough every once in a while, you'll know why that is.

And before I bring in my guest, who is a longtime friend, I've known Brad since college,

and he has a testimony of his own that I want him to share with you because I think it'll

be encouragement to you. But before I bring Brad in, I wanted to recommend a book, Tackling Tulip by Grant and

Edward Ralston. It was brought to my attention not long ago. And the reason it was brought to my

attention is because he cites me several times. And that's always nice to be cited in another

person's book. So

tackling tulip, if you haven't picked it up, I've only read about halfway through, and I really

enjoy what these guys are laying out. And they do it very, very concisely, but very, very clearly as

well. And so tackling tulip by the Ralston's there, I would highly recommend and appreciate

those guys doing the work to make those things so clear for people who are still searching for

answers. Now, I originally put this broadcast up as just a Q&A, and Brad and I have been chatting back

and forth over Messenger and texts and stuff for for months now

in his his whole journey back and forth.

And so Brad, he's not, he's not one to come on broadcast and things like that.

So I've had to kind of coax him along here and say, Brad, come on, come on, come and share your testimony.

And so finally, he saw that I was doing the Q&A today.

And he says, I'm ready to be the first one on the broadcast ever in 2022.

And so I'm ready to do it.
