league for as long as we do, this seems to be the hardest step for a lot of coaches, right,

is to emerge as the buzzy candidate.

And sometimes it happens due to happenstance you happen to be the

offensive coordinator of a really good football team but there are all these

extenuating circumstances do you get the time to talk to the media are you

allowed to get out front do you get the time to talk to the media? Are you allowed to get out front? Do you have an agent

who's working behind the scenes for you? So I feel like this is a really, this is a really interesting

sort of step one. Yeah, and I think sometimes coaches who aren't the buzzy candidates

have a lot of frustration because they're not doing anything wrong.
