Supreme Court taking two cases on Friday that they granted certiorion and then this Tuesday they're going to be

hearing the Rahimi case. Short version of that is Rahimi is a bad dude. He's a

drug dealer. He's a nasty guy. But you know what Miranda was a bad dude too? And we got our good decision now the Miranda decision. I'm hoping that we do out of the Rahimi case because what's going on? They charged him with being in possession of a gun while under a

domestic violence restraining order. The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal says yeah no

that's not a conviction you can't take away somebody's constitutional rights, enumerated fundamental constitutional rights,

on the basis of an accusation, because that's all the domestic violence for standing order is.

Somebody accused them and the court said, yeah, okay. because that's all a domestic violence or a standing order is.

Somebody accused them and the court said, yeah, okay,

you guys stay away from each other.

Nope.

You don't lose your right to vote with that.

You can't lose your second-minute right to have a gun.
