I will be reading the volume one and volume two of special counsel Robert S. Muller,

the third report on the investigation, inter-russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.

His report was submitted pursuant to 28 CFR section 600.8 subsection C in March 2019.

Why am I reading this report?

You may ask because most of you have not.

And I think it's important in our fight to preserve democracy that we understand what is before us,

the existential threats that exist coming from Russia and how those threats have played out in

not just interfering in the 2016 election, but somewhat in the 2014 elections and in the 2018 elections.

I'm going to start with the table of contents because many of you may not get beyond the table of

contents.

And quite frankly, just listening to those, I'm going to read volume one and then when I get to

volume two, I'll read the volume two table of contents.

And when you get through these, you'll see that perhaps we have a problem.
