Today, I have the privilege of talking about a brand new song of mine called An Honest Mirror in parentheses, Falautia.

And this song belongs to my Atlas project. In fact, it's the 70th song in Atlas, which is absolutely wild to say out loud.

As I've mentioned before in previous episodes,

a thematic thread that has been running through the most recent chapter of Atlas is songs inspired by Greek definitions of love.

And so first we had Bloom, which represents Eros,

a passionate and romantic kind of love.

And then we have a song called Quiet Magic, which represents Storgay, a passionate and romantic kind of love. And then we have a song called Quiet

Magic, which represents Storgay, a familial and stable kind of love. And then there's time lies,

which represents ludos, a playful, flirtatious kind of love. And then Double Down, which was

written all about pragma love, a deeply committed partnership kind of love.

And now we have an honest mirror, which represents Falotia.

And it's a self-worth, self-care, self-love kind of love.

I had a really difficult time writing about this theme. It's sad to say out loud, but I struggle

with being kind to myself and have just got a long, long way to go in loving myself well,

in spite of having been deeply loved by my mom, by my wife, by my daughters and friends.

And so I decided instead of writing some sort of like
