Oh boy, we got an episode today and it's one of my longer interviews.

I don't usually do interviews that go too much over 45 minutes and the one here went

for about an hour 20.

I guess I'm pointing that out just because I got into a heated yet fun conversation

with an old friend of mine.

Her name is Kinda.

She is a very sweet, smart, lovely woman in her 40s, as you know, from the title.

And as you also know from the title, it's an honest conversation.

So when I do these episodes with the honest conversation, I like to say who I'm talking

to in this case.

So a woman in her 40s and the reason why I'm so specific to her age, right, why could

it be a woman who's an artist, which she is or a woman who lives in LA, which she is.

But the reason why I'm saying a woman in her 40s is because we have a large discussion

about sexual market value, different value at different ages.

We talk about her opinions, my opinions and some statistics and facts around what men

and women are choosing based on their age, based on where they are and their sexual market

value, sexual market value, meaning the value that you have in the dating and marketplace,

which changes, well, one of the factors that changes your sexual market value is your age,

not the thing, but it is a very heavy hitter in terms of what makes a woman or man's
