One of my favorite compliments we receive on our relationship is how hard we fight for it. Yeah. I've heard it from a few

people. Most recently, Mama. Really? Yeah, when she sat us down when she was here and said, I have

never seen two people fight so hard for a relationship. Now, when I first heard that, my ego, it was a conversation

where egos were really high. And so it was like, yeah, exactly. All we do is fight. This is negative.

This is bad. But then once the water is receded and I realized, wait, that's actually beautiful.

Because I don't know if a relationship is healthy if there isn't.

I don't want to use the word fighting.

It's got such a negative growth.

Thank you.

And growth is uncomfortable and it has growing pains,

which the word pain falls into the same energetic bucket as fighting.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Yeah. No, Yeah. Yeah.

No, you're right.

I think thinking back on just that moment and Mama's saying that, it's not a, it's not a negative connotation.

It's like, it's almost like she was saying, I've never seen two people more willing to their personal growth.

And being that we're humans sometimes our shit

overflows onto each other and and to accept that from one another and still stand beside each other

while we're going through our own inner battles is essentially fighting for the relationship

because I'm fighting for you and cheering you on
