The Patriots dropped to six and nine with a second bludgeoning in three games in prime time.

This one against the Buffalo Bills, who

lauded their new supremacy in the AFC East over the Patriots with a resounding win.

Phil, initial reacts.

I mean, this is not all that surprising.

I didn't think it was quite going to be 38 to 9, Tom, but I saw this as a

multi-touchdown kind of game because even though the bill's defense is not what we're used to

see in really over the last, I don't know, three, four years since Sean McDermott has taken over

and they've given the Patriots problems consistently. That's not the strength of

their team anymore. This is an offensive team. This is a team with a lot of firepower. It's a team with a very,

very good quarterback. And that is not hard for me to say. I'm willing to acknowledge it because I

felt like I was calling it like I saw it. When he wasn't playing well, it's all you can do.

When Josh Allen wasn't playing well and he was playing like a chicken with his head cut off

for, I don't know, maybe a half dozen plays a game earlier this season,
