This is an ancient practice that allows us to cultivate a profound awareness of the present moment.

Through mindfulness and observation, we will embark on a journey to explore the nature of our thoughts,

feelings and sensations, fostering not only insight into our true authentic selves, but the ability to cultivate perspective.
