Justin News where today we have a bunch of exclusive stories about voting irregularities

around the country last night in Clark County they had a throughout an entire race of county

commissioners race because they could not prove that the absentee ballots that were cast

were actually lawful and properly matched and properly cast and so for the third time

in less than a year an entire election race has been thrown out because of voting irregularities

tied to mail-in ballots we've had one in Patterson New Jersey just recently one in North

Carolina last year in the special house district and now the one of the Clark County commissioners

races in Las Vegas thrown out last night and that's a perfect segue to what we're going

to be talking about today because in a few minutes I'm going to bring a journalist on

the show his name is Victor Jake's he's a columnist for the Las Vegas Review Journal and

he did something courageous and enterprising and public serving he challenged Nevada officials

claims that voter signature matching was a effective way to make sure that fraudulent

votes were not cast what he did he did legally but he used a little bit of trickery he was

able to use his signature on eight other people's ballots and those ballots were accepted they

weren't caught even though it was his signature his handwriting that they traced and put on

the name of the filers which means somebody in the Las Vegas Clark County area didn't do

their job as a vote manager or signature matching he wrote about this a couple of days ago and

it is really created a storm in Las Vegas really challenged this notion that if you mail

ballots out to everyone don't worry about it because if ones get into bad hands they won't

get through because of ballot signature matching and he put the lie to that eight out of the

nine ballots he signed for other people got through and verified that should be a warning
