You are driven by your values and today we discuss the value of feeling good, and we look at sleep. Think about this, everyday we must eat. But we can eat junk food and feel like crap, or we can eat wonderful, healthy food and feel great. It’s the same with sleep. Everyday we sleep, and we can do some things and get horrid, non-rejuvenating sleep, or we can do other things and get great, recharging and refreshing sleep. I’ve learned I can’t always judge my sleep on how I think I slept. Sometimes I’m out like a light, wake in the morning feeling ok, only to crash later in the day. And other times where I feel I tossed and turned some, I wasn’t ready to wake up when I did, but I had good energy for the day.
