0:17.9	that a former president with a history of violent rhetoric linked to a domestic violent
0:22.4	extremist threat is currently facing serious federal and state criminal charges, and could
0:26.8	be on the verge of a fourth indictment. We're learning more about the man who was shot and killed
0:31.7	by the FBI as they were serving an arrest warrant over threats he made to President Biden and others.
0:37.6	The New York Times reports. Craig D. Robertson's 75 was charged with threatening to shoot other
0:43.0	elected officials, including Alvin Bragg, the Manhattan District Attorney, as well as making
0:48.0	threats against law enforcement officials, according to court documents filed a day earlier
0:52.7	in U.S. District Court in Salt Lake City. Mr. Robertson owned numerous firearms, including
0:58.0	a sniper rifle, to complaint also laid out his history of threats on social media. Other subjects
1:03.2	of Mr. Robertson's threats, Attorney General Mariff Garland, Governor Gavin Newsom of California,
1:08.7	and Patricia James, the New York Attorney General. The incident comes at a time when Donald Trump
1:13.6	is directly going after prosecutors who have either indicted him, like Jack Smith, or
1:18.6	Manhattan, DA Alvin Bragg, or maybe on the verge of doing so, like Fulton County, DA, Fanny Willis.
1:24.6	NBC News reports Donald Trump is airing a television ad in Atlanta and other TV markets
1:30.0	that attacks the Fulton County District Attorney who could soon charge the former president with
1:34.4	his fourth criminal indictment. The new ad released by the campaign on Sunday accuses Willis of
1:40.0	previous wrongdoing. It also names attorneys who've already brought charges against Trump,
1:45.2	including Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg and Special Counsel Jack Smith.
