0:52.0	Welcome back today. As you can tell from the title, there are two ideas that I would like to explore with you for the next 20 minutes. The first one is
0:56.1	evangelism, and we will be looking at that in its simplest form, sharing the gospel of Jesus
1:03.0	with people who need him in their lives. Now, I want you to notice early on, I'm not saying
1:09.9	evangelism is the number of people who are converted.
1:14.2	That's all about that person's heart and the workings of God in their life, but I am talking about you and I putting the truth in front of people in a clear way wherein they can choose Christ if that is their desire. So I'm pushing
1:31.0	evangelism beyond just the idea of inviting people to church, or speaking the name of Jesus at the
1:40.6	ballpark. Both of those things are fantastic, but they are initial things that we do to try
1:47.2	and make the sharing of the gospel possible. But also today, I want us to look at local church
1:54.9	culture. As we have gotten through a lot of this pandemic business and churches have gotten back to
2:02.3	normal assembling, we can start having these conversations again about our culture. Who are we as a
2:11.1	local church? What are we known for in this community? And if someone came to join our local work, what would they instantly and instinctively
2:24.3	notice would be asked of them?
2:28.0	I think it would be amazing if the seeking of lost souls was the centerpiece of our culture. And today I want to talk to you
