Summary

In this episode of The Jordan Syatt Mini-Podcast, I bring you through my entire fitness journey, all the way from when I was a kid just trying to get a six-pack, to competing in wrestling and powerlifting, to not working out at all, and finally landing on a balanced and vigorous training schedule for jiu jitsu.  I discuss  the many myths and fallacies I fell for, the ruts I dug myself into (and worked my way out of), as well as some of the best successes of my career as I threw myself into different training philosophies and methodologies. I didn't always enjoy training, I didn't always train as hard as I could, sometimes I didn't even train at all, but over the years, I've always come back to it. Looking back, I wouldn't change a thing.

I hope you enjoy this episode and, if you do, please leave a review on iTunes (huge thank you to everyone who has written one so far).

Finally, if you've been thinking about joining The Inner Circle but haven't yet... we have hundreds of home and bodyweight workouts for you and you can get them all here: www.sfinnercircle.com.

0:30.5

What my mentality was like, what my goals were like, what my workouts were like.

0:51.8

every day over about this month long mini cut process.

0:55.8

And then you can sort of see the small, small, small changes over time, how you might not

1:00.3

be able to see it between day one and day two, but between day one and day 15, you might

1:05.2

actually be able to see a significant difference or at least a little bit of a difference.

1:09.1

And so that was my thought process behind posting a picture of myself every day.

1:14.2

And there were several people who reached out to me on day one after seeing my day one

1:18.5

picture.

1:19.8

And they were like, oh, I can't believe that's your day one.
