As U.S. capitalism is consumed by increasingly intractable problems domestically and internationally,

elite politicians are working in overdrive to defend their system.

And a new article for the Independent Media Institute, our guest, Professor Richard Wolfe,

argues that in the field of public opinion,

this plays out as a story of deniers and displacers. Some politicians and pundits argue that

everything is just fine, while others seek to misdirect popular anger onto a series of scapegoats.

We need a new system. We need a new society.

We need to demand that which may have sounded impossible even a few weeks ago,

but is not only realizable, but an imperative necessity.
