0:04.7	fascinating one. I have had the pleasure of meeting Duncan McIntyre in person. He is the CEO and
0:12.2	founder of Highland Electric Fleets, who is now a sponsor of the LA 28 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
0:19.3	And I cannot wait for you guys to hear his story, what he's doing with his company,

0:37.7	bring you all, but I'm really excited because I think the way Duncan lives his life was something
0:43.8	that you and I were like, wow, I would love to capture conversation with him just because he's just
0:48.6	really intentional. I don't know how else to say it. He's just a super intentional guy, and that
0:52.6	pertains to how he's raised his kids and done his family life, but also how he's built his business.
0:58.0	But then I also think that this interview is important because of what he's doing in communities.
1:03.0	And so this is slightly different. It's probably more business oriented than our normal interviews, but we thought it was important because as we were having this
1:12.4	conversation with Duncan, I was like, oh my gosh, some of these things he's describing,
1:16.5	I remember being a problem when I was a kid and finally someone's got a solution for it.
1:20.8	So it's really exciting to hear.
1:22.2	I remember when I started working with Duncan and with Highland Electric Fleets,
1:27.3	having my eyes opened to things that felt so
1:31.1	normal for us as children, but were actually detrimental.

1:36.3	And to see him be the problem solver for it is really, really special.
