That's not something I've ever heard the president consider.

So you can guarantee to the American public that ICE will not be around polling locations or voting locations in November?

I can't guarantee that an ICE agent won't be around a polling location in November.

I mean, that's frankly a very silly hypothetical question.

Back at the end of 1960, early in the early 70s,

the United States and the then Soviet Union entered into what was known as the Strategic Arms Limitation Talks.

This led to, known as Salt, Salt 1.

This led to Salt 2, which was signed during the Carter administration, and it had the sort of world-changing effect of limiting strategic nuclear delivery vehicles to 2,400.

Now, if you remember, during the Cold War, in the aftermath of World War II, Russia, sorry, the Soviet Union and the United States were in an arms race, in which they were acquiring more and more and more nuclear weapons and warheads to the point where either nation could destroy the entire world many times over.

So, Saul, too, was a real step in the right direction in limiting the devastating capacity of the world's nuclear arsenal.

There was then a transition to what was called start,

which stands for Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty.

This expanded the limitations, introduced in salt,

and was eventually updated by new, when we entered into Newstart.

So for five decades, the United States and the Soviet Union, eventually Russia,

entered into bilateral nuclear arms control until today,

when under the leadership of Donald Trump,

new start lapsed.
