Hello everyone, this is Tom with a couple of updates about the Twilight Zone podcast

and a couple of things that I'm working on for the future.

Now, as we know, I'm not the fastest to get in the Twilight Zone podcast episodes out,

but I feel like I've been doing pretty well of late and we're probably on track

for getting to the end of the twilight zone.

Maybe in a year, probably closer to two years, give or take.

And recently I've been reflecting on actually coming to the end of this because I've been doing it for 12 years now and,

you know, I'm not the same person I was when I started. My life is totally different than when

I started. And I have met people who I genuinely love as a result of doing this and made absolutely great friends.

And if I'm going to finish here, then I want to mark that in some way.

I want to mark it in a way that is permanent and tangible.

Because I'm sure that the digital files for this will be floating around on the

internet for some time to come and you know I will keep the website open for as long as

possible afterwards so that um you know there's there's always going to be a face for the most

part for the Twilight Zone podcast

and then maybe I can start to use that website in different ways as well to

honour the Twilight Zone and Rod's work in different ways. But that's all something for the future.

But in terms of coming to the end of the Twilight Zone podcast, I would like it to be

marked by something that you can hold in your hands, which is why I've decided that I want to produce

a book. Now, exactly what is going to be in this book, I won't say yet, but it is, of course, Twilight Zone related.

Now, some people have suggested putting transcriptions of podcast episodes into book form,

but to be honest, that would be quite a hefty book, and I disagree with my own reviews sometimes.
