1:21.0	And today we are here with Kristen. Kristen has two beautiful angel stories to share with us today.
1:28.0	Kristen, welcome to the show.
1:30.0	Much for having me on. I'm excited to be here. Of course. Oh, I'm excited you're here. So tell us your first story.
1:39.0	Well, the first story is there was a time a couple of years ago that I was battling with severe depression.
1:46.0	And I had tried many, many things, therapists, medications, different things, and nothing seemed to be working.
1:53.0	I was at a very, very low point in that. And there was one particular day that I and was just having kind of a very off down day.
2:01.0	And I also just felt like maybe I was going a little crazy because I kept feeling different.
2:08.0	Like I kept feeling like there was someone around. I would look over my shoulder, like my bathroom door closed, and I thought it was my daughter.
2:15.0	I kept talking to her, get out of my back, you know, get out of my bathroom. Nobody was there. It's just weird stuff.
2:21.0	And I just at the end of the night, I put my kids to bed.
2:24.0	And I just sat at my kitchen table with my hands in my face, just completely distraught.
