Hello my friends, I am so excited about this podcast because I have a friend who's

been chitter chattering with me all evening, we've known each other quite a while and we decided

we would do a podcast together and I know you're just going to love it. And so I have with

me tonight my dear friend Leah Bowden and she has a new book and we have lots of mutual

conversation that we want to talk to you about. So welcome to my podcast.

Thank you Sally, so great to be on here with you. It's so fun.

It's so fun. We've already been talking for hours, we've eaten, we've walked, so I think

we were all warmed up. But Leah, you became a friend of mine, I think years ago when we spoke

at a conference together, is that when we met? We formally met when you were doing an event

at the kilns many years ago. Oh, were you there? It was there. Yes.

Oh my goodness, so exciting. That's right. And the last minute a friend of mine said, I think

I've seen something that Sally Clarkson's at the kilns doing this event and intimate events.

And yes, I was there on the front row. Oh, so kicking it all in, it was wonderful.

Yeah.

Well, so we've been kindred spirits a long time and I remember years ago too when I first

moved to Oxford to help take care of Sarah's baby, you drove from Coventry and I was so impressed

that you would drive all the way to come see me. Of course.

So I would drive many miles to come and be with you.
