Just want to give a brief announcement before we get started.

He is the owner operator of Uptown, Social and Charleston, South Carolina.

They're opening two new venues that we talk about throughout today's episode called

Sharehouse and Bodega.

I forgot to mention their grand opening.

I mentioned it at the way end, but I want to make sure I got this right at the top.

Their grand opening for Bodega and Sharehouse is February 17th and then they're open forever and ever we hope.

So February 17th, Sharehouse, which is like a Baja style cantina that's going to have, you know,

that you can go to all throughout the night and Bodega, which is more of a cafe.

They're serving breakfast sandwiches in the morning, coffee, and then they turn into a cocktail bar in the afternoon.

So I want you all to go for their grand opening and beyond.

So February 17th, if you live in Charleston, South Carolina, go, go, go, Sharehouse and Bodega.
