So, a couple weeks ago, I asked on Instagram for people to send me questions that I would answer

on my podcast. Here's why. We started something at Bando called Honor Roll about blank years ago. I think

it was four years ago. I just can't I can never remember but it's a free

advice series that we started it was something I initiated because I felt like I

don't know we were five or six years in so it might have been five years ago and I felt like I had learned so much about business in that time and really wanted to be able to share it because I remember being sort of at the beginning and feeling very lost and not understanding.
