You know like that whole yoga sutras is idea of the fact that the eagle spreads its wings high

then brings its wings down like being the kind of the cycle of life almost that you have to

like you have to experience growth in its fullest form,

keep pushing yourself and your boundaries of growth

and then keep pushing yourself.

And then there comes a point when you want nothing more

in the world and you want to bring it down.

Like you want to kind of like bring the wings down and spend in ordinate amount of time and

silence and contemplation.

I don't think that's ever seeped into the West, right?

Because no matter what you do, you want more and more and more.

Not just materially, but emotionally

want to keep growing, keep doing more things,

keep stretching yourself.
